BAC GIANG - The
Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs (DoLISA) and 10 districts
and cities in Bac Giang province have been allocated nearly 10 billion VND
(over 365,800 USD) from the National Target Program on Sustainable Poverty
Reduction in 2023 as employment support for the poor, near-poor households and those
newly escaping from poverty.
Son Dong district received the most support with nearly 1.4 billion VND, followed by Luc Ngan, Hiep Hoa, Tan Yen (879 million VND for each).

The above funding source aims to build the labor supply – demand database; manage the labor in associated with the national database on population and other databases; organize the employment transaction sessions; support successful job connection (with labor contracts) for labors in poor households, near-poor households and those newly escaping from poverty.
It helps create conditions for functional sectors and localities to build a database of information on labor market and employment; grasp the recruitment needs of businesses, create opportunities for people to have stable jobs and sustainably escape from poverty.

received more than 63,000 gifts totally worth over 38 billion VND (1.6 million

(BGO) – Luc
Nam district is the first localities in Bac Giang province to establish district
Women Entrepreneur Club (nowadays Women Entrepreneur Division) since 2002. For 20
years, it has been a shared home to connect members who are good at production,
business and active in charity for the community.
