Accordingly, the provincial Military Command was ordered to take the lead and coordinate with relevant agencies and units to ensure thorough preparation and proper organization of the fireworks displays in compliance with regulations, guaranteeing absolute safety and security while creating a festive atmosphere to welcome the New Year.

Under the plan, during the Lunar New Year 2026, the province will organize two high-altitude fireworks displays in Bac Giang and Kinh Bac wards, along with 19 low-altitude fireworks displays at the centers of several communes and wards across the province.

The fireworks are scheduled to take place from 00:00 to 00:15 on February 17, 2026, corresponding to the first day of the Lunar New Year.

The provincial Military Command has assigned its functional departments and units to survey fireworks display sites and coordinate with the People’s Committees of Bac Giang and Kinh Bac wards to develop detailed plans for the high-altitude fireworks displays, ensuring adequate personnel and conditions for the forces tasked with carrying out the displays at designated locations.
