A total of 667.54 hectares has completed site clearance, of which 545.92 hectares has been allocated or leased, exceeding the target set for the period.

The management board has identified land clearance as a key priority and established a dedicated task force to regularly review progress and resolve bottlenecks affecting industrial park projects.

Authorities have also worked closely with infrastructure developers, provincial departments and local governments to complete land clearance for remaining areas in existing industrial parks while accelerating the process for newly planned industrial parks.

The efforts have helped resolve fragmented land issues affecting a number of industrial park infrastructure projects, creating a larger land bank to attract secondary investors.
