Of the total, 32 enterprises have been certified by the provincial People's Committee, while three have received certification from the Startup and Technology Enterprise Department under the Ministry of Science and Technology.

Dai Thanh JSC, located in Kinh Bac Ward, operates as a leading science and technology enterprise in the agricultural machinery sector.

The enterprises mainly operate in medicinal herbs, organic fertilizers, crop breeding, mechanical engineering, electronics, supporting industries and new energy development.

The Department of Science and Technology is advising the provincial government on policies to encourage technological development and innovation, alongside a range of programs to support science and technology enterprises.

By 2030, Bac Ninh aims to have 80 science and technology enterprises operating in the province, with 40% of businesses engaged in innovation activities.

The province is also home to 10 high-tech enterprises, two more than in 2025, allowing it to retain its position as the country's leading locality in this category alongside Ho Chi Minh City.
