(BGO) – For the first nine months of this year, 965
businesses have newly established in the northern province of Bac Giang, 3
percent year on year increase with total registered capital of 19,371 billion
VND (855.6 million USD), reported the Department of Planning and Investment.
Thus, there are 11,675 companies registering to operate in the province with total registered capital of 103,516 billion VND. Bac Giang city is the locality with the most number of businesses (33.7 percent), followed by Viet Yen (15.8 percent) and Lang Giang (10.6 percent). Son Dong and Yen The are two districts with fewest number of companies, only representing 3.6 percent and 3 percent respectively.

However, 62 businesses, 29 braches and offices dissolved while 499 companies registered to halt operation in September.
To assist the enterprises, the provincial People’s Committee directed to review, select and simplify 10 percent of the administrative procedures under the management of business registration organization while reinforcing to consult on document and formalities, accelerate to proceed the administrative procedure on public service portal at level 3 and 4.

created conditions for businesses to suspend payments to the retirement and
survivorship funds and reduce occupational accident and disease insurance
premiums, thereby helping support enterprises to quickly restore production and
business activities.

industrial production value growing quite well.

situation, the principle of "four safes" under Directive 11, dated
July 28, 2021, of the Chairperson of the provincial People's Committee has been
thoroughly realised by authorities at all levels and sectors, thereby helping
businesses stay safe from the epidemic, and restore production and business.
