Nearly 11,400 policy beneficiaries to receive convalescent care in Bac Ninh
BAC NINH - Nearly 11,400 war invalids, sick soldiers and relatives of martyrs will receive convalescent care this year, according to the Bac Ninh provincial Center for Convalescent Care for Policy Beneficiaries.
Of the total, more than 3,800 people will attend rotational convalescent programs at the center, while the remainder will join organized retreats in Quang Ninh and Thanh Hoa provinces and Hai Phong city.

Total funding for the program exceeds 57 billion VND (over 2.18 million USD), including more than 24.5 billion VND allocated from the central budget, with the rest covered by the province through cash support and subsidies for accommodation, transport and entrance tickets.
Under the allocated quotas, localities with the highest numbers of beneficiaries receiving centralized convalescent care this year include Bac Giang Ward (461 people), Hiep Hoa Commune (321), Da Mai Ward (239), Kinh Bac Ward (214) and Thuan Thanh Ward (200).
At present, the provincial Center for Convalescent Care for Policy Beneficiaries is coordinating with cultural and social divisions of wards and communes to review and compile lists of eligible beneficiaries.
The center is also closely monitoring the health conditions of war invalids and sick soldiers within the allocated quotas, while preparing necessary conditions to organize convalescent care activities in 2026 in line with regulations.
