Accordingly, the provincial People’s Committee changed the Owner of construction investment and trading of this IC’s infrastructure from Bac Giang municipal People’s Committee to Cat Tuong Consultation and Construction Company Limited (Bac Giang city).

From the original area of 7.33 hectare, Dinh Tri IC will be expanded up to 14.2 hectares, including over 10 hectares of industrial land and remaining area for the public, service administration, technical infrastructure, transport, car parking and tree planting.

The major sectors comprise of mechanical manufacturing, electric equipment production, electronic component erection among others.

A total investment of over 98 billion VND (4.2 million USD) has been mobilized from the enterprise's capital and other legal sources. Particularly, the Owner will make the detail plan of infrastructure construction, compensation for land clearance, environmental impact assessment and execution in 2018 – 2019 while striving to complete the infrastructure synchronization, putting the wastewater treatment station into operation as well as luring the sub investors to occupy all areas in 2020.
