Project launched to encourage physical fitness among public

The General Department of Sports and Physical Training under the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on October 25 announced it has coordinated with the Vietnam Olympic Committee to launch a project to encourage physical exercises among the public.
The project is to be implemented on the social platforms of TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube until the end of 2022 with three stages.

The first stage, taking place from October to December 2021, includes the release of photos and infographic on a healthy lifestyle, and a music video featuring simple daily exercises easy enough for everyone of all age groups to practice.
A dancing challenge, a ‘21-day challenge to make fitness a habit’ and a wide range of sporting activities will also be launched during this stage.
The second and third stages will be held throughout 2022 to promote physical activities among the public, to build a healthy and happy Vietnam.
