They include land use fees reaching nearly 430 billion VND (18.3 million USD); environmental protection tax of 20 billion VND; duty from local state-owned enterprises of more than 20 billion VND; fees and charges of nearly 30 billion VND; other revenue of nearly 48 billion VND; public land fund of 4.6 billion VND. These revenues increased from 3.6% to over 100%.
In addition, the province collected license fees for production and business activities reaching about 19 billion VND out of 22.3 billion VND as planned.
Determining many difficulties in budget collection, right from the beginning of the year, the Provincial Taxation Department directed specialized departments and regional tax branches to organize tax collection based on assigned revenues from organizations and individuals within the prescribed time.
At the same time, the competent forces have actively urged organizations and businesses to pay tax debt to increase budget revenue.
Tax revenue from FDI companies surpasses yearly estimate

According to the provincial Department of Taxation, the tax revenue from
foreign direct investment (FDI) companies in the first 11 months is estimated
at some 2.3 trillion VND (94.5 million USD), exceeding about 60 percent of the
yearly assigned estimate.
Budget revenue from taxes hits 76% of yearly estimate
The tax sector collected more than 1,048 trillion VND (nearly 43 billion USD) for the State budget in the first nine months of 2023, equivalent to 76.3% of the estimate for the whole year and 94.9% compared to the figure in the same period last year, the General Department of Taxation reported on October 4.

Taxation sector’s budget revenue reaches 36.6 billion USD in 7 months
The taxation sector’s total state budget revenue in the first seven months of 2023 was estimated at 868.6 trillion VND (36.6 billion USD), equal to 63.3% of the estimate, and 94.5% compared with that of the same period last year, the General Department of Taxation released on August 4.
