Accordingly, Hoa Yen Industrial Park is constructed in the administrative boundaries of Dong Lo commune (Hiep Hoa district) and communes of Tien Son, Trung Son, Huong Mai (Viet Yen district) on total area of more than 256.6 hectares.

This is a multi-industry integrated industrial park with modern and advanced technologies, mainly processing, manufacturing, production and assembly industries. It has high technological and environmentally friendly industrial properties.

The industrial park targets to attract industries according to the province's development orientation, particularly, consumer goods manufacturing and processing industry; assembly and manufacturing industry of electricity, electronics, refrigeration and information technology; mechanical industry, production, assembly, machine building and automation; industries with clean technology, high technology and environmental friendliness…

According to the project's spatial and landscape architecture solutions, the factory area has an area of 156.82 hectares, accounting for 61.1 percent of the total industrial park area. Factories in the industrial park have a maximum height of 5 floors while the construction density is 70 percent. Each factory must ensure a minimum tree ratio of 20 percent according to regulations.

The industrial park arranges land funds for small and medium-sized enterprises, supporting enterprises, innovative enterprises and the beneficiaries of investment incentives, priority enterprises and others.
