Top leader To Lam attends ceremony marking establishment of centrally run Bac Ninh city
BAC NINH - General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam attended a ceremony in Bac Ninh province to announce a National Assembly resolution establishing centrally run Bac Ninh city and to receive the First-Class Labor Order.
The ceremony was organised on September 19 by the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee and provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at the provincial Party Committee's hall.
