This award is exclusively for full-time women's union officials to recognize the contributions and outstanding achievements of individuals in creating and innovating the content and methods of union activities, helping build an increasingly strong union organization.

This year, 30 women's union officials with outstanding achievements nationwide were honored with the Nguyen Thi Dinh Award, including: 17 provincial-level officials, 10 district-level officials and 3 grassroots-level officials. Nguy Thi Tuyen, Chairwoman of the Bac Giang Provincial Women's Union, was one of the individuals receiving this noble award.

She consistently exemplifies a spirit of responsibility and dedication in her work, regularly engaging in innovative research and new approaches in leadership and management.

Since 2021, Tuyen has implemented 5 scientific projects, solutions, and initiatives that have been recognized and effectively applied across the province by the Department of Science and Technology and the agency's initiative council.

Within the framework of the program, 102 exemplary chairwomen of the Women's Union at the district level nationwide were honored, including Ngo Thi Hong Uyen, Chairwoman of the Women's Union of Hiep Hoa District (Bac Giang).

In her work, she has actively advised the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee to direct and mobilize various levels of the union in the district to promote women's movements and union activities as well as implement the Party's guidelines and the state's legal policies.
