The crown went to a representative from Ecuador, Andrea Aguilera.

The 24-year-old beauty won 2nd runner-up at Miss Ocean Vietnam 2017. In the final night’s evening gown category, Ngan wore a dress by designer Thuong Gia Ky, which was inspired by the image of a phoenix rising from the ashes. Previously, Dang Thanh Ngan was also impressed with the national costume inspired by the cultural heritage of glass paintings of the Southern region by designer Khoa Lo.

Thanh Ngan is honoured as the fourth runner-up of the pageant.

Following the final night, Dang Thanh Ngan said she was extremely touched and grateful for her efforts.

Earlier, Nguyen Huynh Kim Duyen won the title of 2nd runner-up Miss Supranational in 2022.

Miss Andrea Aguilera is the first runner-up of Miss Grand 2021, who lost the Miss title to Nguyen Thuc Thuy Tien of Vietnam.

The first, second and third runners-up were the beauty Pauline Amelinckx from the Philippines, Sancler Frantz from Brazil, and Emma Rose Collingridge from the UK.

Miss Supranational was first held in 2009. Up to now, this is one of six major beauty contests of great interest in the world.
