Viettel exceeds target of 20,000 new 5G stations by more than three weeks

Viettel plans to continue scaling up its network from now until the end of 2025, with an additional 23,500 stations scheduled for installation, nearly quadruple the number rolled out in 2024. Once completed, Viettel will operate Vietnam’s largest 5G network, with 30,000 stations covering 90% of outdoor areas and 70% of indoor spaces nationwide, from major cities to rural regions.

 

Vietnam, RoK strengthen cooperation on trade remedies

Currently, both the RoK and Vietnam are each applying four trade-remedy measures on goods imported from the other. In particular, the RoK side called on Vietnam to exercise caution in its application of anti-dumping measures on four steel products from the RoK.

 

State budget revenue from import–export activities increases 9% in 11 months

Statistics showed that total import–export value in the January–November period reached 839.78 billion USD, an increase of 17.2% year on year, or 123.41 billion USD.
