Speaking at the meeting, PPC Chairman Pham Hoang Son urged the departments, agencies and local governments to highly concentrate on making careful preparations in terms of facilities, programme, content and procedures for the ceremony announcing the National Assembly’s Resolution on the establishment of Bac Ninh city to ensure it is held in a well-organized, solemn, safe and successful manner.

Besides, the provincial leader required to review all conditions related to organizational structure, personnel, mechanisms, policies and resources, ensuring smooth operation of the political system after September 20.

In particular, it is essential to disseminate and effectively implement the Law on Urban Development and urgently develop mechanisms and policies within the city’s jurisdiction, especially those concerning policies and provisions that take effect from September 1.

He called on all levels, sectors and localities to remain determined to achieve the 2026 growth target of 12.5 percent with decisive and coordinated efforts from the advisory stage to implementation process.
