Themed ‘The Symphony of the Country’, the event aims to provide revenue for poetry lovers across the country while honouring the poetic heritage of 54 Vietnamese ethnic groups.

The 22nd Vietnam Poetry Day will be held on the at the Thang Long Imperial Citadel on February 23 and 24.

A Poetry Gate and Poetry Tree will be set up during the two-day event, introducing the public to beautiful verses on the land and people of Vietnamese ethnic groups.

Notably, a poetry night will be staged on February 24 (the15th day of the first lunar month of the Year of the Dragon), featuring poetry recitals of celebrated poets from both at home and abroad.

The programme will also include the announcement of the winners of the VWA Awards 2023, the young author awards 2023, and impressive female author awards 2023.
