Of the total, 70 projects are invested by domestic businesses with the registered capital of over 26.7 trillion VND (1.18 billion USD), and 33 others by foreign firms with the registered investment of 524 million USD.

Since the beginning of 2017, 706 enterprises have been established in the province, up 63 percent year on year. The companies have combined registered capital of 7.345 billion VND (323.5 million USD), equivalent to 87.5 percent of the figure recorded for the same period last year.

In July alone, 83 new firms were set up, with registered capital of 404 billion VND (17.8 million USD).

Also in July, 40 enterprises dissolved and 74 others halted their operations, equivalent to 71.4 and 52.1 percent of the figures in the same period last year, respectively.
