(BGO) – The Department
of Labour, Invalids and Social Affairs (DoLISA) on August 29 cooperated with Labour
Union, Social Insurance, Industrial Park Management Board and Business
Association in Bac Giang province to launch a talk show helping solve
difficulties and obstacles of enterprises in execution of labour law.
It was attended by nearly 300 participants from more than 100 companies in the province who were provided with basic knowledge of Labour Law, Social Insurance Law, Law of Trade Union, Law of Labour Safety and Hygiene.

The event focused on new and notable issues in handling labour related policies like shortening the issuance time of social insurance book and heath insurance card, increase of retired age, contract with old labour among others.
The authorities also cleared many questions and obstacles from the officials in charge of human resource, insurance and trade union at the companies which arose in settlement of labour policies.

The talk show aimed to equip and enhance the knowledge, skill and profession of the staff in charge of handling the policy for labours, hence promoting the role to supervise and implement legal polices in labours, protect the right for labours and build harmonious relation in the company.

99 percent of labours with approved decision receive housing rent support

Prime Minister about implementing housing rent support for labours (Decision 08),
so far Bac Giang city and three districts of Viet Yen, Yen Dung and Hiep Hoa have
received proposals from 596 turns of businesses to support more than 171,200
turns of labours with total amount of nearly 88 billion VND (3.76 million USD).
