Besides, 37 other projects comprising of 16 investment ones (14 FDI and 2 domestic direct investment projects) were given a nod to increase their capital by 139.8 million USD and 261.27 billion VND (11.5 million USD).

The figure helped bring the total combined amount of new and added capitals from the beginning of this year up to 220.6 million USD and 271.27 billion VND (11.9 million USD), rising 352.33 percent (the invested capital increases 171.83 million USD and 7 projects) comparing to the same period last year.

Additionally, the MB halted the operation and revoked the Investment Certificate of one unexecuted investment project with the registered capital of 10 million USD.

To date, the local IPs are home to 301 valid investment projects (including 212 FID and 89 domestic ones), totally worth over 2.8 billion USD and over 7.6 trillion VND (333.7 million USD) while the actual execution value reached over 1.6 billion USD and more than 3.2 trillion VND (140.5 million USD).
