According to the provincial Industrial Park Management Board, the businesses inside the industrial parks now employ about 197,000 laborers, including 7,500 foreigners.

This result is achieved thanks to active effort of all levels, sectors and Industrial Park Management Board since early this year to promote investment attraction. As a result, in the first 7 months of the year, the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board licensed 26 new projects (21 foreign investment projects and 5 domestic investment projects); granted adjustments to 142 projects.

At the same time, to support businesses, the Provincial People's Committee established many working groups led by leaders of the Provincial People's Committee to promote labor attraction in the provinces: Cao Bang, Hoa Binh, Lang Son, Son La and different universities of Thai Nguyen Industry, Hanoi Industry and Hanoi Technology.

Additionally, local enterprises have actively posted labor recruitment information on social networking sites with income incentives to attract workers.
