After discussion, delegates finalized to sign a cooperative plan for development linkage in 2023-2025 period and the following years between Bac Giang province and the provinces of Hai Duong, Bac Ninh, Lang Son and Thai Nguyen.

It aimed to specify the the field of culture, sports and tourism in the memorandum of understanding between the Standing Committee of the Bac Giang Provincial Party Committee and the Standing Committees of the Provincial Party Committees of the above mentioned localities.

It helped improve the effectiveness of management, exploitation and promotion of the potential and strengths of culture, sports and tourism of Bac Giang province and other provinces; preserve and promote unique cultural values; diversify forms of investment attraction and linkage for sustainable tourism development.

Specifically, the DCST of Bac Giang and the counterparts in Hai Duong, Bac Ninh, Thai Nguyen and Lang Son will enhance to organize exchange activities and share experiences on state management in the field; regularly attend cultural and artistic activities and events organized by each province.

The provinces also enhance exchange and learning of experiences in developing high-performance sports and mass sports movements; coordinate in research and organization of ethnic game competitions, especially those with strengths of each province.
