The Judge received 41 participating entries for evaluation and classification in which Lang Giang and Yen The districts have 7 products while other districts and Bac Giang city own 3 or 4 products.

Melon is grown in membrane houses at Yen Dung Clean Vegetable Cooperative.

The participating products were evaluated good quality, of which some outstanding products were highly evaluated. Based on the regulation and criteria, the Judge proposed the province to recognize 39 OCOP products at provincial level, 2 of which will be 4 star and the others will be recognized 3 star title

The 4 star products include melon Kim Hoang Hau of Yen Dung Clean Vegetable Cooperative and dried Sam Nam Nui Danh (Danh Mountain’s radix codonopsis javanicae or Dang Shen) of Sam Nam Nui Danh Cooperative in Tan Yen district.

Huong Viet Coconut Wine of Giap Van Viet production facility in Tan Yen district is proposed to be recognized 3 star title.

According to the provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Development, despite impact of Covid-19 pandemic, the number of recognized OCOP products this year is higher than ever, exceeding the set targets.

Yen The diversifies OCOP products

(BGO) – Implementing One Commune One Product (OCOP) programme, so far Yen The district (Bac Giang province) has had 15 agricultural products with protected brand and approval decision for valid application by National Office of Intellectual Property Vietnam (Ministry of Science and Technology) as well as 15 OCOP products at provincial level. The following ones are some typical products.

(BGO) – Currently, Luu Chanh Herbal Production Cooperative in Truong Son commune, Luc Nam district (Bac Giang province) has linked to build material area of yellow flower tea on about 20 ha. To meet the market demand, the Cooperative invested in modern processing line. 

22 new OCOP products certified

(BGO)- Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee of Bac Giang province has approved the results of the evaluation, classification and certification of 22 products participating the first One Commune One Product (OCOP) Programme of Bac Giang province in 2021.

E-commerce platforms support farmers to consume OCOP products

(BGO) – Now the lychee season ends, some e-commerce platforms such as Sendo.vn, Voso.vn, Postmart.vn... continue supporting the farmers in Bac Giang province to sell various farm prodce. Most of the products are One Commune One Product (OCOP) like Chu rice noodle, Yen Dung fragrant rice, dried lychee, Son Dong wild honey...

Summer OCOP Fair to open in Ha Long city on April 28

The One Commune One Product (OCOP) fair - Summer 2021 is planned to be launched on April 28 at the Quang Ninh Exhibition of Planning and Expo Center in Ha Long city, according to the provincial OCOP Steering Board.
