Bac Giang provincial leaders attend opening ceremony for 2021 – 2022 academic years at local schools

(BGO) – On the September 5 morning, the member of Central Party Committee, Secretary of Bac Giang provincial Party Committee (PPC), Head of the provincial NA Deputies Duong Van Thai attended the opening ceremony for 2021 – 2022 academic year at Cao Thuong town Primary School (Tan Yen district).

The last academic year suffered huge impact by Covid-19 pandemic. Cao Thuong town Primary School built plan of direct and online teaching organization while speeding up the schedule of student inspection and evaluation at the year end.

The school also boosted up communication and called on donation for disease prevention and control. All officials and teachers at the school joined hands in cooking meals for workers at the district quarantined sites.

For these above results, the school was granted with Emulative Flag as the leading facility in academic year 2020 – 2021 by Chairman of the People’s Committee; recognized as National Standard School at level two by the provincial People’s Committee; awarded Certificate of Merit by the Central Youth Union for excellent Youth Union.

At the ceremony, PPC Secretary Duong Van Thai handed over the Emulative Flag, flower and gift to congratulate the school while leader of the Department of Education and Training and district presented gifts and scholarships to 10 impoverished students.

At the same day, PPC Permanent Vice Secretary, Chairwoman of the provincial People’s Council Le Thi Thu Hong joined the opening ceremony and congratulated teachers and students at Than Nhan Trung Secondary School (Viet Yen district).

She congratulated the officials and teachers at the school ahead of new year while urging them to prepare various scenarios relating to Covid-19 prevention so as to deal with any circumstance. The school was encouraged to further well implement the socialization, mobilize sources to buy information technology devices to serve online teaching and studying. The provincial leader also reminded the school to pay due attention to children of the frontline forces against the pandemic.

Also at the same day, Permanent Vice Chairwoman of provincial People’s Council Lam Thi Huong Thanh attended the opening ceremony in Duc Thang Primary School No.1 (Hiep Hoa district); Permanent Vice Chairman of provincial People’s Committee Mai Son attended to congratulate Kham Lang Primary School (Luc Nam district); Chairwoman of PPC’s Inspection Board Nguyen Thi Huong joined the opening ceremony at Tan Hiep Primary and Secondary School (Yen The district) and Ethnic Boarding High School in Yen The district.
