Provincial Party leader visits officials, civil servants in Kinh Bac ward
BAC NINH - Nguyen Van Gau, member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the provincial Party Committee, on July 2 visited the officials, civil servants, and public employees operating the two-level local government apparatus in Kinh Bac ward.
Reporting to the Secretary of the provincial Party Committee and the delegation, Ta Dang Doan, member of the provincial Party Committee’s Standing Board and Secretary of the Party Committee of Kinh Bac, stated that the ward was established by merging the entire administrative boundaries of six wards: old Kinh Bac, Suoi Hoa, Tien Ninh Ve, Van An, Hoa Long, and Khuc Xuyen.

It has a natural area of 19.95 sq.m and a population of over 84,000, with 97 grassroots Party organisations and 5,127 Party members.
On its first day of operation (July 1), the ward organised important meetings of the Party Committee, administration, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, announced personnel decisions.
With adequate physical conditions, officials and civil servants with extensive experience strictly fulfilled their assigned duties.
The ward’s Public Administrative Service Centre received and processed more than 150 administrative procedure applications for residents on the very first day.
After hearing the report and directly inspecting the administrative procedure processing for citizens and businesses at the centre, Gau appreciated the ward’s strict compliance with the directions of the central and provincial authorities in operating the new government model.
Emphasising the arrangement and streamlining of the apparatus to create room for development and better service to citizens and businesses, the provincial Party chief requested Kinh Bac ward to continue fostering solidarity and unity; leverage the favourable infrastructure conditions to quickly handle administrative procedures for citizens and enterprises; and maintain political security and social order.

He stressed the need to pay attention to grasping the thoughts of officials, civil servants, public employees, and armed forces and take measures to encourage them; promptly resolve citizen petitions ensuring fairness, reasonableness, and legality, minimising public frustration and complaints submitted to higher-level authorities; and continue caring for and properly implementing policies for soldier families, war invalids, and policy beneficiaries.
The Secretary praised the efforts and dedication of the ward’s officials to the province’s development.
He expressed confidence that Kinh Bac ward will continue to promote its tradition of solidarity, unity, and joint effort to overcome difficulties and challenges, and excellently complete assigned tasks.
