Bac Giang ready to open Culture-Tourism Week and Tay Yen Tu Spring Festival
BAC GIANG- On February 6, Mai Son, permanent Vice Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee of Bac Giang province and Head of the Organising Board of the Culture-Tourism Week and the opening of the Tay Yen Tu Spring Festival inspected the preparation for the opening ceremony at Tay Yen Tu spiritual- ecotourism complex.
After listening to the reports by related departments, agencies and localities on implementation of the tasks, permanent Vice Chairman Mai Son spoke highly of the efforts made by the units so far.

Besides, he requested the localities and related agencies to draw experience from previous events to promote and do it better. Particularly, he urged them to review and soon complete the assigned tasks as scheduled.

The 2025 Culture-Tourism Week and the opening of the Tay Yen Tu Spring Festival themed "Sacred Tay Yen Tu" will be held at provincial level from February 8-13 2025 (from the 11th to the 16th of the first lunar month).

For the first time, the opening ceremony of the Dong Da Festival, which commemorates the Ngoc Hoi-Dong Da Victory, was held in the evening, featuring a spectacular programme that vividly recreated Emperor Quang Trung’s victory over the Chinese Qing forces.
