The Project was started in September 2022 with total investment capital of more than 998 billion VND (42.6 million USD) including over 535 billion VND from the central budget and the remaining from the provincial budget.

The Project has been implemented during 2022-2025 period with a total length of 28.24 km in which 17.3 km is constructed in 2022-2024 period and 10.94 km will be built in 2024 – 2025 period.

The Project is invested by the Provincial Managemetn Board for Transport and Agricultural Construction Investment Project (PMB). Tan Thinh Construction Company Limited (Bac Giang City); Xuan Khiem Group Joint Stock Company (Ninh Binh province) and consortium venture of Joint Venture 379 Investment Joint Stock Company - Minh Hung Investment Joint Stock Company (Bac Giang City) are in chare of the construction. To date, the 70 percent of the work volume has been done.

After inspecting the actual situation and listening to the report, PPC Vice Chairman Le Anh Duong directed specific solutions. By December 15 this year, Luc Nam and Luc Ngan districts need to complete site clearance on the entire route.

The PMB was requested to urge contractors to mobilize maximum machinery and human resources to execute projects on schedule, thereby, speeding up the disbursement of public investment capital, striving to basically complete the entire route before the Lunar New Year this year so as to ease the commuters and promote local socio-economic development.
