In 2020, the Provincial People's Committee issued a project to upgrade and develop the platform to meet the needs of linking and serving businesses. It targets to have more than 2,000 members with more than 5,000 products for sale and purchase.

However, to date, about 22,000 members (businesses, cooperatives and production households inside and outside the province) have registered to participate in the platfrom who provide and offer nearly 42,000 products (exceeding the project target).

Through the platform, thousands of units have reached new customers and new markets such as Thong Nhat Services and Trading Joint Stock Company (Lang Giang); HHK Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company (Hiep Hoa); Ngan Giang Trading Company Limited (Luc Ngan) and Duca High-tech Services Cooperative (Viet Yen town) among others.

According to the representative of the Center of Science and Technology Application, the "Batex.vn" platform has created a favorable environment and tools to help promote trade promotion activities and transfer science and technology products of research institutes, schools and agencies... into production and business.

This year, the Center promotes support for subjects to promote, introduce and expand the consumption market for OCOP products. The products are registered on the platform online and free of cost for the first year.
