The social housing investment project located in Duong Huc village, Dai Dong commune, Bac Ninh province is invested by Thanh Do Investment and Housing Development Joint Stock Company.

The project will cover an area of 4.94 hectares of land serving a population of about 3,000.

Of which, the social housing project will be built on area of around 22,380.7 square metre following the approved detailed planning scheme, providing around 792 to 1,030 apartments.

The commercial housing area consists of 3 buildings, each has 4 floors in height.

Particularly, the 2-storey kindergarten will cover about 1,019 square metre with 1,650 square metre of gross floor area. The 2-storey medical center will be built on an area of around 1,019 square metre with 816 square metre of gross floor area. The parking lot will have a total land area of about 1,028.7 square metre.

In addition, the park, green campus, sports ground, traffic system, firefighting system, sanitary facilities and technical infrastructure will be constructed following the approved detailed planning.

The project’s duration is 50 years.
