Notably, the industrial park is also around 20 km from Gia Binh International Airport, which is currently under investment and expected to begin operations in the near future, providing an additional boost to international connectivity and competitiveness for investors.
According to the approved plan, Dong Phuc Industrial Park will cover nearly 355 hectares with total investment capital of around 3.7 trillion VND (142.5 million USD). The project is designed as a multi-sector industrial park, focusing on modern technology, efficient land use and environmentally friendly development.
Planned technical infrastructure includes two 110/22 kV transformer stations to ensure a stable power supply, a clean water plant with a capacity of 16,300 cubic metres per day, and a centralized wastewater treatment system capable of handling 9,300 cubic metres per day in compliance with environmental standards. Fire prevention and firefighting systems will be installed in a synchronized manner, with fire hydrants arranged along internal roads.
In addition to industrial land, the project allocates significant space for green areas and water surfaces to create an environmentally balanced working environment.
A separate urban and service area covering more than 41 hectares will provide housing and amenities for experts, engineers and workers, supporting workforce stability and enhancing the project’s investment appeal.
