The groundbreaking ceremony on August 4 was attended by Nguyen Viet Oanh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, and Dao Quang Khai, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.

The provincial leaders present flowers to congratulate the investor of the Ngoc Chau Industrial Cluster project in Bac Ninh province.

The project is being developed by Win Industrial Park Investment JSC. It has completed all required investment procedures, including investment approval, investor selection, detailed 1:500 planning, and received its construction permit on July 9, 2026, allowing construction to begin.

Under the approved plan, the industrial cluster is bordered by Provincial Road 295 to the North, planned connecting roads linking Provincial Roads 295 and 398B to the South and West, and residential areas to the East.

The cluster is expected to attract investment in garment manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, non-metallic mineral products, metal production and fabricated metal products, electronics, computers and optical products, electrical equipment, motor vehicles, furniture, supporting industries, as well as warehouse and factory leasing services.

Phase one of the project's infrastructure is scheduled for completion and acceptance in 2026, with operations expected to begin in the first quarter of 2027. The remaining works will be completed during 2027.

The provincial leaders and other delegates perform the groundbreaking ceremony for the Ngoc Chau Industrial Cluster project in Bac Ninh province.

The developer said it would mobilize financial resources, personnel and equipment to ensure the project is completed on schedule while complying with regulations on construction, land use, environmental protection and workplace safety.

Once completed, the industrial cluster will prioritize high-tech and supporting industry projects that promote energy efficiency and environmentally friendly production, helping strengthen Bac Ninh's investment attraction and socio-economic development.
