High income tied to social responsibility

In 2025, the company’s revenue reached nearly 760 billion VND (29.2 million USD), with taxes paid to the state budget amounting to 93 billion VND (excluding land use fees). The company provides regular employment for hundreds of workers.

Alongside its production and business activities, the company has actively participated in charity and humanitarian efforts. In recognition of its efforts, at the end of December 2025, the company was awarded the Diamond Cup by the provincial Charity Fund Management Council, honouring the business for its outstanding achievements in charity work for the 2024-2025 period.

In 2026, the firm plans to allocate approximately 5.5 billion VND for social welfare activities in the province.

Along with other production and business companies, Vietcombank Bac Giang, as the leading credit institution in the locality, has not only operated effectively in the banking sector but also actively collaborated with the province in charity activities.

From 2023 to 2025, Vietcombank Bac Giang allocated 12.6 billion VND for social welfare programmes. For these positive contributions, at the end of December 2025, the branch will be awarded the Gold Cup by the Bac Ninh provincial Charity Fund Management Council, honouring it for its outstanding charity work during the 2024-2025 period.

In addition to these exemplary units, there are many other businesses in the province that excel in production and business, and actively participate in charity activities, such as Tuan Mai Trading Joint Stock Company, 379 Investment Joint Stock Company, Bac Giang Import-Export Joint Stock Company, Fuji Bac Giang Development Joint Stock Company, and others.

Promoting solidarity

From supporting disaster recovery efforts to caring for the lives of the poor and vulnerable, as well as joining local communities in programmes for the public good, charity activities have become a beautiful feature of corporate culture. They help shape the image of entrepreneurs who are not only good at business but also rich in compassion.

In recognition of these contributions, at the end of December 2025, the Bac Ninh provincial Charity Fund Management Council presented Cups to 17 businesses with outstanding achievements in charity work during the 2024-2025 period. Among them, nine received the Diamond Cup, six the Gold Cup, and the rest the Bronze Cup.

Throughout this process, the provincial Business Association has played a key role. Every year, based on the socio-economic development direction and the local welfare needs, the association actively builds plans, launches movements, and sets goals for the provincial charity fund, which is distributed to each association, sub-association, and member business.

In December 2025, the provincial Business Association launched the “Tet for the Poor and Social Welfare 2026” programme. Many businesses and business associations have proactively registered to support the programme, with a total amount nearing 22 billion VND.

From now until the Lunar New Year, many businesses in the province continue to build and implement programmes to care for the poor and the vulnerable, and support children in remote areas with warm clothes and school supplies.

With the support and connection from the provincial Business Association, the spirit of sharing for the community continues to spread widely, contributing to ensuring social welfare, caring for, and supporting the livelihoods of the people, together with the local authorities at all levels.

Bac Ninh firms support farmers to further promote local farm produce
