Under the deal, students enrolled in the customised training programme for YADEA will spend 2.5 years studying at the Industrial Technical College in Bac Giang and six months at the Chongqing Modern Manufacturing Vocational College in China.

Representatives from the Industrial Technical College in Bac Giang ward, Chongqing Modern Manufacturing Vocational College in China and YADEA Technology Vietnam Co., Ltd ink the deal.

The six-month overseas training period will be fully funded by YADEA through 100% scholarships.

Upon graduation, students will be recruited to work at YADEA Technology Vietnam, a manufacturer specialising in electric motorcycles and electric bicycles. Starting salaries are expected to be around 15 million VND (656 USD) per month, according to the agreement.

In addition to the training programme, the three parties agreed to establish a YADEA Startup and Talent Training Centre at the Industrial Technical College, which is scheduled to begin operations in February 2026.

They also plan to set up an exclusive YADEA product showroom and warranty service centre at the college.
