Phase 1 covers 50 hectares, over 37 hectares of which have been compensated.

The remaining area faced obstacles due to unclear land origin and land administration records, discrepancy in land use location compared to the land use right certificate or lack of issuance of land use right certificate for the first time.

In some cases, village authorities and local people could not remember exactly the land parcels due to land consolidation and exchanges over different periods of time, causing difficulties in verification process.

In coming time, the people’s committee of My Thai commune and related units will continue to review and verify accurately land owners while conducting communication and mobilisation to ensure public consensus and compliance with regulations.

It is expected to complete approval of compensation and assistance plans and land acquisition for phase 1 in December 2025.
