Bac Ninh creates jobs for more than 27,000 workers
BAC NINH - Bac Ninh created jobs for more than 27,000 workers in the first half of 2026 as the province's labour market continued its recovery and maintained positive growth momentum.
The province also stepped up labour supply-demand matching and supported businesses in recruitment efforts, helping meet production and business needs while ensuring social welfare.

According to the provincial Department of Home Affairs, Bac Ninh's socio-economic development remained on track during the first six months of the year, with many investment projects being implemented and enterprises expanding production, creating new employment opportunities for workers.
Labour supply from the province and neighbouring localities largely met businesses' recruitment demand.
The province generated jobs for 27,027 workers during the period, fulfilling 51.97% of its annual target. Of the total, 1,080 workers secured employment through preferential job creation loans, while 1,936 workers went abroad under labour contracts.
The Department of Home Affairs coordinated with the Vietnam Bank for Social Policies to provide loans for 884 projects, helping create, maintain and expand jobs, while contributing to socio-economic development and social security across the province.
Bac Ninh is currently home to more than 28,000 operating enterprises employing around 865,000 workers, including about 629,000 working in industrial parks. Workers from outside the province account for 46.1% of the total workforce employed by businesses.
The quality of human resources has continued to improve, with workers gradually adopting industrial working practices and meeting the requirements of modern production lines.
