Accordingly, PPC Chairman urged heads of departments and agencies, communal-level people’s councils and people’s committees to highly concentrate on implementing the tasks to develop the project of establishing Bac Ninh as a centrally run city and its belonging wards under the adjusted timeline.

The Department of Construction will collaborate with relavant agencies and units to complete the documentation and submit it to the Ministry of Construction seeking recognition of Bac Ninh as a first-tier urban area while reviewing the criteria to improve the quality and standards of Bac Ninh urban area in coming time.

Members of the Steering Committee for developing the project of establishing Bac Ninh centrally governed city were requested to accelerate grass-roots units to implement the tasks on schedule and in accordance with legal regulations.

Heads of agencies under the provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the provincial Fatherland Front Committee and affiliated organisations were urged to intensify their leadership, direction and communication to all-level party committee, party members and people to gain public consensus.

Heads of departments, agencies and units under the provincial People’s Committee and Chairpersons of communal-level people’s committees were requested to implement the Plan according to regulations.
