The project, invested in by Gilimex Industrial Park Co., Ltd., covers more than 196 hectares in Thuan Thanh and Tri Qua wards.

Officials and engineers review and monitor the project's implementation progress.

The investor has asked contractors to mobilise maximum manpower and equipment and to organise two or three shifts for key construction items.

Contractors are also encouraged to complete work ahead of schedule while ensuring full compliance with technical requirements.

A section of the Thuan Thanh III-C Industrial Park is under construction.

The project aims to complete essential infrastructure and begin receiving investors and handing over land for project implementation in the first quarter of 2027. The entire project is expected to be completed in the fourth quarter of 2027.

The industrial park is expected to gradually develop into a facility with synchronised infrastructure and stable operations, meeting the increasingly demanding requirements of manufacturing companies.

Machinery is mobilized to accelerate construction.

Dao Si Long, Deputy Director of TGCONS Trading Investment and Construction JSC, a project contractor, said the investor had set high requirements for construction progress, technical quality, occupational safety and environmental protection.

All construction items are regularly inspected and supervised and must comply with approved designs, technical standards and construction plans, he said.
