At the meeting, Yu briefed provincial leaders on Luxshare’s operations and development in Bac Ninh. Luxshare-ICT (Vietnam) has been investing in the province since 2016 and currently operates three projects at Quang Chau Industrial Park, Van Trung Industrial Park, and Nam Son – Hap Linh Industrial Park, with total registered investment capital of 1.324 billion USD and a workforce of nearly 50,000 employees.

The project at Nam Son – Hap Linh Industrial Park received its investment registration certificate in August 2025, with total registered capital of 300 million USD on an area of 4.43 hectares.

Following site surveys, Luxshare plans to decide on further expansion in Bac Ninh, with total additional investment estimated at 2–3 billion USD and land demand exceeding 100 hectares.

The group has proposed that the provincial People’s Committee allow cooperation with Kinh Bac Corporation to relocate the project from Nam Son – Hap Linh Industrial Park to Que Vo Industrial Park Expansion Phase 2.

To maintain efficient operations and support expansion in Bac Ninh, Yu called on the province to continue assisting Luxshare-ICT (Vietnam) with land access, high-quality human resources, and the early completion of legal procedures in accordance with regulations.

He also urged the province to strengthen transport connectivity between industrial parks to ensure smooth logistics and goods circulation.

Speaking at the meeting, Party Secretary Nguyen Hong Thai said Bac Ninh highly values Luxshare’s long-term development strategy, particularly its focus on high-tech manufacturing, automation, innovation and deeper integration into global supply chains.

He stressed that the province consistently views the sustainable development and success of enterprises as its own success, and reaffirmed Bac Ninh’s commitment to accompanying and creating the most favorable conditions for Luxshare to invest for the long term and expand its production and business operations effectively.

The provincial leader hoped that Luxshare would continue to strengthen its presence in Bac Ninh, explore new cooperation opportunities and make greater contributions to the province’s overall development.

In response to the group’s proposals, he said the province would step up recruitment promotion and labor attraction from other localities to meet enterprises’ workforce needs, while directing relevant agencies and local authorities to support businesses with administrative procedures and land access.
