Workers who start jobs between August 1 and 31 will receive a bonus of 7 million VND (307 USD) at the Quang Chau industrial park plant and 6 million VND at the Van Trung plant. Payments will be made in three instalments after 30, 60 and 90 working days.

The company aims to hire about 40,000 workers in 2025, mostly unskilled, with around 2,000 new recruits needed each week in August.

To attract labour, Luxshare-ICT raised its basic monthly wage from 5.1 million VND to 5.5 million VND in March. Monthly allowances include 500,000 VND for housing, 300,000 VND for transport, 300,000 VND for attendance and 200,000–500,000 VND for seniority.

Meals are subsidised at 19,000 VND for lunch and dinner and 7,000 VND for breakfast. Employees working at least two hours of overtime per day receive an extra 0.5 hours counted toward their overtime pay at month’s end.

Average monthly income for workers now ranges between 9 million VND and 12 million VND, the company said.
