The company’s trade union will present Tet gifts to 60 workers from poor and near-poor households or those experiencing sudden hardships. Each gift package included 2 million VND in cash, along with warm blankets, hotpots and essential daily necessities.

The initiative is an annual activity maintained by the grassroots trade union during the Lunar New Year, aimed at providing practical support, boosting morale and helping workers stabilise their lives and remain committed to the company.

In addition, the trade union has also drawn from its welfare fund to give all workers a Tet gift this year.

Luxshare-ICT (Vietnam) specialises in the manufacturing and assembly of electronic components. The company currently employs more than 22,000 workers, with an average monthly income of 8–9 million VND per person.
