The provincial leader stated that Bac Ninh is striving to become a centrally governed city while becoming Vietnam's leading hub for high technology, innovation, research and development (R&D), and logistics.

The province is currently implementing the Gia Binh International Airport project, designed to meet ICAO 4F standards and capable of accommodating the world's most advanced aircraft.
The airport and its connected transportation network are expected to become operational in the near future. This will provide a major advantage for Bac Ninh in developing high-tech industries, logistics, trade, services, modern urban areas, and the digital economy.
Bac Ninh also benefits from an abundant labour force and a continuously improving investment environment. In 2025, the province was recognised as one of Vietnam's best-performing localities in terms of governance quality.
The Chairman emphasised that the province's consistent policy is to accompany, support, and create the most favourable conditions possible for businesses within the framework of Vietnamese law.
Expressing thanks for the warm reception, the Taiwanese business delegation praised Bac Ninh's investment and business environment, industrial infrastructure, and transportation connectivity.
