The company proposed developing an international-standard mixed-use complex featuring hospitality, commercial, tourism and healthcare services.

Planned facilities include a luxury resort, a Japanese-standard wellness center, indoor entertainment facilities, a water park, a golf driving range, a shopping center and other community amenities.

3WM said it hoped the province would recommend a suitable investment site and provide information on investment incentives and administrative procedures.

The provincial leader welcomed the Swiss company and its international partners, saying Bac Ninh was strengthening efforts to attract investment in ecological tourism, resort and high-end service projects to meet growing demand.

He noted that the province is home to more than 60,000 foreign experts and around 200,000 workers from other localities, creating increasing demand for premium healthcare and leisure services.

The provincial government is committed to providing maximum support on legal procedures in accordance with Vietnamese law to facilitate efficient and sustainable investment, he said.

The Vice Chairman assigned the provincial Department of Construction to review planning, recommend potential project locations and arrange site visits for the company's delegation.
