The meeting on June 12 was attended by Nguyen Hong Thai, Party Central Committee member and Secretary of the Bac Ninh Party Committee; Pham Hoang Son, Chairman of the provincial People’s Committee (PPC); provincial Vice chairpersons and other local officials.

T&T Group was represented by Do Quang Hien, founder and Executive Chairman of the conglomerate.

T&T Group is currently developing five major projects in Bac Ninh, including the Ngoi Con Ten New Urban Area and regional healthcare and sports complex project, covering 355 hectares in Subzone 1 and 712 hectares in Subzone 2 in Tan Chi and Chi Lang communes.

Other projects include the Ninh Son–Trung Son–Tien Son Cultural Service and Commercial Service Urban Area, spanning 133.5 hectares in Van Ha Ward; the 42-hectare Ninh Son Service Urban Area; and the 150-hectare Tu Lan–Bich Son–Trung Son Industrial Park.

The group presented progress reports on its ongoing investments and proposed two additional urban and industrial park projects, as well as a pedestrian street project in Bac Giang Ward, which it would sponsor.

T&T also requested provincial authorities to expedite approvals for investment policies related to the Ngoi Con Ten urban area project, approve land recovery plans, allocate land-use quotas and continue incorporating the projects into provincial and urban development planning frameworks.

Addressing issues affecting individual projects, PPC Chairman Pham Hoang Son instructed relevant agencies to coordinate closely with the investor to complete documentation and submit eligible projects for approval.

He also encouraged T&T Group to focus on developing green, smart and high-quality industrial parks, alongside modern high-rise urban areas, in line with Bac Ninh’s goal of becoming a centrally administered city.

Do Quang Hien thanked provincial leaders for their support and said T&T would leverage its experience, resources and capabilities to develop high-quality projects that contribute to infrastructure, urban, service-sector and economic development in the province.

The provincial Party Chief Nguyen Hong Thai reaffirmed the province’s commitment to supporting strategic investors and facilitating projects that align with Bac Ninh’s development objectives.

He also called on local departments and authorities to strengthen coordination, proactively address obstacles and maintain a transparent and efficient investment environment.
