The programme, titled “Kinh Bac - Source of Heritage, Reaching New Heights”, will be held as part of a ceremony to announce the National Assembly’s resolution on the establishment of centrally govered Bac Ninh City and present the city with the First-Class Labour Order.

The 80-minute programme will feature an opening performance and three chapters: “Kinh Bac – A Convergence of Cultures,” “Bac Ninh – Reaching New Heights” and “Hello, Bac Ninh City.”

The performances combine traditional music, live stage art and contemporary songs, creating an artistic portrayal of Kinh Bac’s rich cultural heritage and the youthful spirit of modern-day Bac Ninh.

The programme will feature a range of performances reflecting the region’s cultural identity, including “Bac Ninh – Kinh Bac,” “Kinh Bac Sunrise,” “Huyen Su Ca Kinh Bac,” “Len Dang,” “Ca ngoi Ho Chu tich – Vang Thai Duong,” “Nhung Co Gai Quan Ho – Thanh Pho Mien Quan Ho,” “Xin Chao Thanh Pho Bac Ninh,” “Giai Dieu Viet Nam Minh,” “Nha Toi Co Treo Mot La Co,” “Toi Yeu Viet Nam” and “Ruc Ro Viet Nam Toi.”

A number of well-known Vietnamese artists will take part in the programme. The event will conclude with a fireworks display.

Combining Kinh Bac cultural heritage with contemporary music, the programme is expected to highlight Bac Ninh as a city with a rich traditional identity, while showcasing its dynamism, modern outlook and aspirations for further development.
