Tran Kim Anh receives the 2026 Nguyen Chi Thanh Award.

Kim Anh has focused on renewing youth union and federation activities, promoting digital transformation and expanding social welfare initiatives.

A notable initiative, “Digital Youth – Digital Literacy for All”, has been implemented at 12 community cultural centres.

She has also maintained a fixed weekly consultation service every Saturday at Chien residential group's cultural centre, now known as Noi Hoang residential group, helping residents access online public services, register digital signatures and social welfare accounts, and update and clean up land records.

Kim Anh has also directed the “Youth Clean Water” initiative, mobilising social funding to install 20 water filtration systems at schools, offices and businesses employing large numbers of young workers.

The initiative provides convenient access to clean drinking water, reduces costs and helps limit the use of single-use plastic bottles, serving an estimated 10,000 to 12,000 people per day.

In addition to these programmes, Kim Anh has actively organised and participated in volunteer activities and social welfare programmes, supported young industrial workers, honoured people who have contributed to the nation and promoted environmental protection.

Her work highlights the role of youth leaders in applying digital solutions to everyday needs while mobilising young people to contribute to community development.
