Detail plan announced to build Resistance Culture Hill relic site

(BGO) – The Division of Culture and Information in Tan Yen district has coordinated with Bac Giang Center of Construction and Planning to announce and hand over the detail planning document to build the Resistance Culture Hill relic site to the People’s  Committee in Quang Tien commune.

The Resistance Culture Hill relic site is located at Cau Den village, Quang Tien commune at which many important events occurred such as the establishment of Vietnam Art Association. The destination also witnessed and memorized a generation of famous writers and artists in the French resistant war.

Relatives of writer Ngo Tat To and painter Ta Thuc Binh return to Cau Den hamlet.

The place was recognized by the provincial People’s Committee (PPC) as the provincial relic site within the provincial orientation of tourism development till 2030.

The relic site is planned with total scale of 9.6ha as a tourism site with various activities of exchanging, visiting and learning about the cultural historical relic site, art composition, ecotourism and resort.

After getting PPC Chairman’s approval, the district Division of Culture and Information coordinated with the Division of Finance and Planning and People’s Committee in Quang Tien commune to make the mid-term investment plan for items of restoring 5 models of ancient houses at the 5 locations where the writers and artists lived and composed their works; building the souvenir area, hall, accommodation apartment, road, electric and water supply system...
