Accordingly, the research area is located at Voi town and Xuong Lam commune in Lang Giang district which covers more than 49.7ha with estimated population of 4,500 people.

The main items for construction and investment area technical infrastructures of road, power supply, water supply and drainage, waste water treatment…; public projects of school, commercial service building, cultural house, tree, parking station among others.
