The grand finale of Miss Earth Vietnam 2023 was held in Ho Chi Minh City, on October 14.

Lan Anh is 1.71 metres tall and measures 85-60-95 centimetres. She will represent Vietnamese beauty at the Miss Earth 2023 contest, taking place next December in Vietnam.
