More than 2,600 union members working at the company who joined the union before April 15 received non-stick pans as gifts during the programme. The gifts were selected following employee surveys to ensure they met workers’ practical needs.

The initiative was aimed not only at providing material support but also expressing the trade union’s appreciation for employees’ contributions, helping maintain stable labour relations and supporting the company’s development.

As part of this year’s Labour Month activities, the union has also advised the company’s management to organise a “Union Meal” programme, cultural performances and sports activities for workers.

Samkwang Vina specialises in manufacturing phone casings, tablet components and electronic parts. Workers at the company earn an average monthly income of between 10 million to 12 million VND.
