Nha Trang among top-performing destinations in Asia-Pacific: report
Nha Trang, a coastal city in central Vietnam, ranked third among top 10 destinations with the highest tourism rebound growth in the Asia-Pacific region, according to a report by global travel analytics firm ForwardKeys.
In 2024, Nha Trang recorded an 80% year-on-year tourism growth, trailing only China's Beijing (112%) and Guangzhou (87%), the report revealed.

Shanghai ranked fourth with 77% growth, followed by Hong Kong (44%).
The remaining destinations in the top 10 included Osaka, Kuala Lumpur, Tokyo, Phuket, and Seoul.
The rankings were based on year-on-year performance across the Asia-Pacific region, highlighting strong post-Covid recovery trends throughout 2024.
With its stunning beaches and convenient flight connections, Nha Trang has become a standout destination in Vietnam’s tourism industry.
Khanh Hoa Province, home to Nha Trang, welcomed over 10.8 million overnight visitors in 2024, a 49% increase year-on-year. This included nearly 4.8 million international arrivals, marking a significant 98% surge compared to the previous year.
