Pha lau is an exotic dish filled with pig or cow innards and cooked with herbs. These organs are stewed in coconut water with curry powder, spices and other ingredients for many hours until tender. So it’s a perfect blend of flavorful broth and chewy, tender, crunchy organ meats.

Pha lau with pickles is served with loaves of bread or rice. However, drinkers often use it with their friends after a hard day’s work. The crispy and fat pork, chicken, duck or tenderly sweet meat and the smell of herbs easily makes people attracted.
